Founded in 2019, Northern Reach has delivered projects for various providers, including Lancashire County Council, the Department for Education, Innovate UK, Lancaster University, UCLan, and many more.
Our small team is growing as we connect more founders and support the growth and economic prosperity of the north.
Founded by Dan Knowles, the business started life delivering commercial consultancy for the hugely successful Lancaster On Ice. Commercial collaborations characterised the project with partnerships with charities and organisations such as United Utilities, Mazuma Mobile, St John’s Hospice and the University Hospitals Morecambe Bay Trust.
Since then, our company has grown into the innovation space. We lead the commercial development of Fraser House, a £2m project from Lancashire County Council to open a Tech Hub.
We launched Lancashire Innovation Festival, bringing together the county’s entrepreneurs and academics for a flagship annual event.
We’ve built Lancashire Digital Hub from the ground up, providing a realistic solution to connecting the county’s digital providers.
And we’ve worked on many more projects as we expand across the North’s hinterlands.
